Step 1 Design & Discovery:
During the design and discovery stage, we will work with you to define and establish a clear understanding of what you're looking for in your dream home, and we will also help make it fit within your budget. We will work with all facets of the home building process - sales, design, architecture - to bring your vision to life.
Step 2 Preconstruction:
During the preconstruction stage, you and your Project Manager will walk through the selections process, and you will also meet with our supply partners to select your items that fit within your budget.
Step 3 Construction:
The construction stage is the most exciting stage - watch as our skilled craftsmen bring your dream home to life! Throughout this process, we will keep you involved by cummicating regularly and keeping you up to date on progress and milestones.
Step 4 Warranty & Beyond:
